Essence
The High Priestess is knowledge held before it can be argued. The Moon governs her and water carries her: she takes in far more than she is told, registers mood and undercurrent as fact, and arrives at conclusions by a route she cannot always retrace.
The charge is magnetic and the mode passive — not inert, but receptive, working by drawing towards rather than reaching for. Her plane is spiritual, and her interval is short, about fourteen days, the span of a lunar half-turn. This energy fills, waits and empties on a rhythm of its own rather than the calendar's.
